Changing disordered eating patterns requires commitment. Frequent nutritional consultations help achieve this goal. I see most of my clients every 1-2 weeks.

Nutritional Counseling

Initial individual consultation and evaluation-90 minutes-Cost-$150

Follow up visit-60 minutes-Cost-$100

All remaining visits-30 minutes-Cost-$50

Phone consultations can also be arranged with established clients.

Most insurance companies in Virginia do not reimburse for nutritional therapy. Please call your insurance company prior to your arrival to inquire about coverage.

Payment is due at time of service.

METABOLIC TESTING

A metabolic test for the measurement of calories burned at rest is now available. It is FDA approved and takes 30 minutes to perform and review. It is painless and precise. Individuals are able to learn how many calories they use everyday and if their metabolisms are within a slow, fast or normal range.

SEMINARS

Seminars and in-services are also available for a fee.

My office hours are 10am - 8pm with most appointments scheduled on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
